30-min free consultation
While it’s great to have so many available resources to find a therapist, trying to find the right therapist for you can feel really overwhelming. And finding the right fit matters! I offer a free 30-minute consultation (in person or by phone) so you can get a sense of whether we’re a good match. During this time, we can talk about what you would like to get out of therapy, my approach, and whether my style resonates with you.
Individual Therapy
I am experienced in many evidence-based therapy modalities, including attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic principles, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy. I combine these and more experimental practices to tailor therapy to your unique needs. My work is especially helpful for people functioning at a high level already but who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, lack of intimacy, and lack of motivation.
I have a special interest in providing therapy for South Asian people and those in minority groups. That said, I believe firmly that therapy is for everyone. I am committed to providing respectful, sensitive, and compassionate services for all.
Couples Therapy
We all crave to be understood and accepted, especially by our partners. When we don’t feel that way in our relationships, our thoughts can spiral, doubts might arise, and communication can break down. Sometimes it feels impossible to even admit that something is wrong, let alone talk openly about how we feel and what we need.
Couples therapy is an opportunity to hit the reset button and look at a cherished bond with fresh eyes. Only with honest clarity can partners realize the behaviors, negative assumptions, and dynamics that harm their relationship; only with kindness can they work together towards meaningful change. I create a safe and open space where you can share with each other and really listen. I provide tools and resources to help partners appreciate one another’s perspectives, foster healthier communication, and ultimately build a more fulfilling relationship.
I work with couples of all ages, backgrounds, and orientations, with a special emphasis on interracial couples and South Asian couples.
Coaching and Executive Coaching
While therapy delves into exploring, addressing, and healing from psychological challenges, coaching focuses on applying those insights to create actionable strategies for personal and professional growth. Therapy often looks at past experiences to understand and resolve emotional or mental health concerns, whereas coaching is future-oriented, concentrating on current circumstances and how to drive positive change.
Coaching is structured, time-limited, and goal-oriented, with a set number of sessions that help you clarify your vision and develop a concrete plan to achieve it. My coaching engagements typically consist of a minimum of six sessions spread over three months, though there is flexibility to extend as needed.
As a Hudson Certified Executive Coach and ICF credentialed Associate Certified Coach, I have extensive experience working with early-stage founders, co-founders, and venture-backed CEOs. Pricing varies based on the stage of your company, so feel free to reach out for more information.

Coaching/Executive Coaching
As a therapist and coach, my role is to raise awareness of your own strengths and weaknesses, provide actionable suggestions for growth, and guide you on your journey towards positive life change and a healthy mind. Together we’ll work to uncover and better understand life’s challenges and day-to-day stressors that detract from your life and focus, and begin identifying and practicing things that will make you stronger.
